摘　　要：孔德实证主义与法约尔管理过程论是密切相关的。孔德的实证主义是以实证自然科学为根据,以可以观察和实验的事实及知识为内容.孔德实证主义既是管理过程论产生的重要原因,也是造成管理过程论缺陷的根源。Conde positivism is closely related to Fayol theory of management process. Conde positivism is based on empirical natural science, with observable and testable facts and knowledge as its content. Conde positivism is both the major cause of Fayol theory of management process and the source of the defects of the theory.
