摘　　要：主体间道德交往是思想政治工作发展客观历程的逻辑结果,也是实事求是思想解放的必然要求。现代思想政治工作是特定主体间的一种道德交往过程。其主体间关系是主导主体与对象主体的关系;主体间的交往是多方面的,但只有道德交往才从根本上成为现代思想政治工作过程。主体间的道德交往是以自律为主的相互规范过程,只有在这种尊重平等的道德关系中才能真正实现现代思想政治工作所科学预期的认同;主体间道德交往过程的制约条件,主要包括主体自身条件和客观环境条件,二者之间相互制约和影响。The inter - subjective moral communication is a logical outcome of the objective historical process of the development of the ideological and political work as well as a necessary requirement of the ideological emancipation of ＂seeking truth from facts＂. Modem ideological and political work is a process of moral communication between a specific group of subjects, whose inter - subjective relationship is that between the guiding subject and the guided. The alleged communication is multi - level. However, only moral communication will become the focus of modem ideological and political work process in the fundamental sense. The inter - subjective moral communication is also a process of self - control based on self - discipline. Only the moral relationship based on respect and equality can realize the true sense of mutual identification in modem ideological and political work. The major controlling conditions in the process of inter - subjective moral communication include the subjects＇ own conditions and objective environmental conditions, which interact with and affect each other.
