摘  要:采用比色法测定菟丝子黄酮对自由基的清除作用,确定其具有的抗氧化性能。结果表明:在相同浓度条件下,其具有较强于BHT清除DPPH·自由基的能力;与VC溶液相比,具有更强的清除羟基自由基的活性;当黄酮浓度为1mg/mL时,其对超氧阴离子自由基最终的清除率可达87.65%,表现出了良好的清除效果。通过实验说明,菟丝子黄酮具有较强的抗氧化性能。The antioxidative activity of flavonoids from Semen Cuscutae was confirmed by adopting spectrometer determining the scavenging action of flavonoids on the free radicals. The result showed that.on the condition of the same concentration,the fiavonoids'ability of scavenging the DPPH· free radical was relatively better than that of BHT;compared with Vc, it had the better activity of scavenging droxyl free radical; when the concentration of flavonoids was 1mg/mL,the final rate of which scavenging superoxide anion free radical could be to 87.65%, it showed excellent scavenging effect. The experiment proved Semen Cuscutae fiavonoids had better antioxidative activity.
