摘　　要：对于名校办民校的态度有反对和支持两种。就理论分析来看，赞成者的理由似是而非。名校办民校处于一种制度外运行状态，并对教育市场、教育公平以及教育融资都产生了许多不利益的影响。要改变目前名校办民校的运行现状必须从完善教育法规，加大对公共教育权利的制约和监督入手。There is approval or objection to famous schools running private schools. Theoretically, the approval is seemingly correct but actually wrong. Famous schools run private schools beyond the regulation, and it has bad efect on educational market, equality and fianance. Therefore, we must perfect educational rules and enforce the restriction and supervision of public education right.
