摘　　要：素质是职业能力形成和发展的前提条件,具有“职业”特点的素质能够科学有效地指导职业教育与培训课程开发。职业素质是职业能力形成和发展的基础,其核心是职业生理要求的人格化、职业态度的持久化和职业道德的具象化。Quality is the prerequisite for professional abilities formation and development. From the per- spective of curriculum development of vocational education, the basic structure of professional quaIity are personification of physical requirement of vocation; permanence of professional attitude; concretion of pro- fessional morality.
