摘　　要：将企业管理中"全面质量管理与控制(Total Quality Managem ent;Total Quality Control)"概念引入大学英语教学实践,始终以学生为中心,以提高大学生英语教学质量为目标,建立"双全式"——全体教师参与、全过程管理的新型教学质量管理模式,对提高大学英语教学质量具有重要意义。Introducing the concept of Total quality management and Total quality control of enterprise management into college English teaching practice, taking the student as the center all alone and taking the development of college English teaching quality as the goal, establishing a new management pattern of education quality which including all the college staff and the whole process management, has important significance for improving the quality of college English teaching.
