摘　　要：目的探讨四川地震灾区食品安全快速检测设备需求。方法在地震灾区工作和走访相关工作人员。结果确定了快速开展食品卫生监督监测的条件和装备、食品卫生快速检验箱和快速检测车的基本设备、应急状态下县级疾病预防控制中心基本配置。结论保证食品安全是灾区重要的公共卫生任务之一,而快速检测设备是食品安全的重要技术保证。Objective To explore the instrument requirements of rapid detection for food safety in Sichuan province after earthquake. Method The situation was understood by work in earthquake-striken area and visiting related workers. Results The monitoring conditions and equipments for food hygiene, rapid testing cases, rapid testing cars, and the basic equipments of center for disease control and prevention at county level under emergency condition were determined. Conclusion Food safety could be one of the most important tasks of public health, and rapid testing instruments could be necessary to insure the food safety in earthquake-striken area of Sichuan province.
