摘　　要：随着高等教育的快速发展,越来越多的大学生走向社会,大学生就业形势日趋严峻。医学毕业生的就业形势也由全国范围供不应求变为局部地区供过于求,就业难度日趋加大。就业观念是影响学生就业的重要因素。调查显示,在校医学生存在着对形势盲目乐观的情况,导致就业期望值过高,影响就业。因此,帮助医学生正确树立就业观,是解决医学生就业问题的一个关键。With the rapid development of higher education, more and more college students will have to face to society, so employment situation becomes increasingly grim. For medical students, the employment has been in short supply and become more and more difficult. Through the survey, an important factor, which impacts on the employment of students, is high employment expectations, some students is blindly optimistic about their future. Therefore, teachers should help students establish a correct concept of employment which is a key to solve this problem.
