摘 要:根据《良好生产规范》(GMP),参照《药品生产质量管理规范》、《食品企业通用卫生规范》和实施GMP硬件与软件要求,本文结合具体试验,对木糖醇生产中的关键控制点进行了深入分析和工艺技术优化,对木糖醇生产的建筑、设施、设备、人员、卫生、产品检验等管理要点进行了论述,结果表明:在木糖醇生产中实施GMP技术有利于提高和稳定产品质量、安全卫生,降低能耗成本,创造显著的经济效益和社会效益,为我国木糖醇生产企业提供借鉴。According to the requirements of the following regulations : GMP ( good manufacturing practice), "drugs production quality administrative regulations", "food enterprise general health standard and requirements", the key control points in the processing of xylitol was analyzed and technical parameters were optimized. Managing such as construction, establishment, equipment, personnel, sanitation, product quality control were also discussed. The results indicated that GMP application in Xylitol production can improve and stabilize product quality, insure the safety of the products and reduce the cost of energy consumption. The application of GMP can bring both economical benefit and social benefit for Xylitol production in our country.
