摘  要:采用中国人民大学公共管理学院组织与人力资源研究所李超平博士设计的《教师职业压力和心理健康调查问卷》,对湘西自治州594名在职中小学教师进行了调查。结果表明:民族地区中小学教师的生存状态令人堪忧。超过30%的被调查教师心理健康状况不佳;近80%的被调查教师反映压力比较大;超过70%的被调查教师存在一定程度的工作倦怠;超过30%的被调查教师对工作不太满意或不满意;超过40%的被调查教师生理健康状况不佳。因此,要提高民族地区的基础教育质量,必须高度关注中小学教师的生存状态。594 school teachers in the Autonomous Prefecture of West Hunan have been investigated with the Questionnaire of Teachers' Professional Pressure and Psychological Health designed by Dr. Li Chaoping from Organizational & Manpower Resource Institute, Public Management College, Renmin University of China. The result shows that the living conditions of the school teachers in the ethnic areas is upsetting. Of all the subjects, 30% are poor in psychological health; nearly 80% feel overloaded pressure; 70% are, to a certain degree, tired of the teaching; 30% have some or strong complaints to the present work; above 40% have physical problems. Hence, it is very necessary to focus on the living condition of the school teachers if the quality of elementary education in ethnical areas needs a promotion.
