摘　　要：分析了成人高校学分制条件下教材管理的特点及存在的问题,提出了学分制下教材管理的改革构思。This paper analyzes the features of and problems existing in teaching material management under the condition of credit system of adult college, and advances some coneeptions for the reform of teaching material management under the credit system.
