摘　　要：技术伦理素养是高职学生全面发展的应有之义,是高职生成为健全的"技术人"的社会要求。尝试从转变教育理念、优化课程设置、加强师资队伍建设以及开展多种教育活动四个方面来提高高职学生技术伦理素养,使其成为促进高职学生个体发展的有效途径。As an important and indispensable element of overall quality of the Vocational and Technical college students, the technical ethic quality is very important for the students individual development. But the current technical ethic quality situationvocational college students is not optimistic, so Vocational colleges should take various measures to improve their technical ethic quality, from four aspects of trans forming education theory, course setting, strengthening staff constructiong and dereloping varions education activeties.
