论新农村建设背景下的农村职业技能教育

摘　　要：职业教育发展的好坏,直接影响到社会主义新农村建设的成败。对职业技能教育的重要性认识不足,是束缚职业教育发展的根本原因之所在;对职业教育投入不足,仍然是制约职业教育发展的主要瓶颈。为此,要强化政府对农村职业技能教育的职能定位;建立健全农民职业技能教育培训机制;加强对农村职业技能教育的财政投入,改善职业教育学校办学条件。The quality of vocational education development directly influences the construction of the socialist new countryside. The poor awareness of the importance of the vocational technical education is the main cause for the constricted vocational education development. The inefficiency in investment is the main bottleneck restricting vocational education. Therefore we must correctly orient the role of the government in rural vocational education, establish training mechanism, increase financial investment and improve schooling conditions.
