摘　　要：近年来,"代考"行为在大学生群体中形成一种普遍现象,这对高等教育的质量、对大学生本身的健康成长极为不利,对社会也造成不良影响。要根治这种现象,关键在挖掘其产生的原因。代考行为的出现有多方面的原因,本文拟依据班杜拉的交互决定理论对大学生代考行为的成因作客观、系统和辩证的分析。At last few years, the phenomena that the sits for an examination in the university students have been a universal phenomenon. It is too harmful to the quality of higher education and the university students, and it has a bad influence to the society also. If we want to govern this phenomenon thorough, the key is to dig out the cause of it. There are many causes of the sits for an examination. The paper analyses the action objectively, systemizily and dialectically based the reciprocal determinism offer by Albert Bandura.
