摘　　要：教师自我专业成长是教师专业成长快速、持久、有效的根本方式,主要包括三个方面:更新教育观念;不断获取新知识;将教育实践和教育研究相结合,进行教育行动研究。This is the swift, permanent and efficient way for teacher＇s professional development and it mainly includes three aspects： first, renews educational notion; second, continously gets new knowledge; third, integrades educational experience and educational research together, that is educational action research.
