摘 要:以某型无人直升机发动机为被控对象,设计了数字式发动机控制系统。介绍了该控制系统的结构、功能和软硬件实现,利用台架试车试验验证了发动机控制系统的可行性,采用PID自适应控制策略解决了试车试验中所发现的问题。利用PC104嵌入式计算机系统构建了发动机控制系统的半物理仿真平台,完成了半物理仿真试验。仿真结果表明发动机PID自适应控制器能够实现不同工况下的参数自动整定,满足无人直升机飞行控制要求。An engine system was considered as a controlled plant. A digital Engine Control System (ECS) was designed. The configuration, function, hardware and software implementations of the ECS were introduced. A rig test experiment was conducted to verify the feasibility of the ECS. To solve the problems found in the experiment, a PID adaptive controller was designed A hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform for the ECS was constructed using PC104 embedded computer system. A hardware-in-the-loop simulation experiment was finished The simulation results demonstrate that the PID adaptive controller can adaptively adjust the control parameters of the ECS under different work conditions, and meet the flight control requirement of unmanned helicopter.
