摘  要:磁性高分子微球是最近发展起来的一种新型功能高分子材料,它是有机-无机纳米复合粒子,不但可通过共聚、表面改性等化学反应方法在微球表面引入多种反应性功能基团,结合酶、细胞、抗体等生物活性物质,还可对外加磁场表现出强烈的磁响应性,现作为酶、细胞、药物等的载体被广泛应用到了生物工程、细胞学和生物医学等领域。文章介绍了磁性高分子微球的制备方法及性质,重点讨论了其作为载体用于酶的固定化研究,对各种固定化酶的方法进行了比较分析,并指出了该领域今后的研究方向。Magnetic polymer microspheres are a novel functional material that has been developed recently. This kind of organic-inorganic nanoparticles composites can lead to many reactive functional groups on the surface of microspheres by means of copolymerization and surface modification. Moreover, this kind of materials is strongly response to the magnetic field. As the carrier of enzyme, cell and drug, it can be widely applied in many fields, such as bio-engineering, cytology, biomedical science and so on. The recent research progresses of magnetic polymer microspheres are reviewed. The preparation and characterization of magnetic microspheres are also introduced. Immobilization of enzyme onto magnetic polymer rnicrospheres is emphasized and every method of immobilized enzyme is compared and analyzed. The prospects of magnetic polymer microsphere are also proposed.
