中等职业教育管理中的政府职能——基于S市的调查

摘　　要：中等职业教育政府管理职能定位的正确与否,是政府能否正确行使权力、发挥相应作用的关键。通过对当前S市政府中等职业教育管理职能履行的现状、问题及成因进行分析,在此基础上提出政府职能转变的对策建议。Government functions refer to the government＇ s responsibilities and roles in the conduct of public affairs in accordance with the law. Whether the position of government functions in secondary vocational education administration is correct or not, is very important to the exercise of power and role of the government. This paper conducts a comprehensive analysis and discussion about the present situation, problems and its causes about secondary vocational education administrative functions of the government. And based on this, it puts forward corresponding suggestions to transformation of government functions.
