摘  要:为探讨不同经济地区儿童发育的情况.方法 我们对嘉定县146名l~3岁幼儿进行营养调查,并与经济落后的进贤县338名幼儿的调查结果进行比较分析.结果 嘉定县小儿能量、蛋白质摄入达供给量80%以上,体格生长基本接近上海市小儿,而进贤县小儿膳食摄入严重不足、体格发育迟缓.但嘉定县小儿贫血率达39.0%,多种维生素及微量元素摄入不足,存在潜在性营养缺乏.结论 要解决营养问题,经济是基础,但经济并非唯一原因,家长的科学知识、社会环境以及宣传媒介的诱导都影响科学的膳食行为的形成.To determine whether economy is the only factor for children's growth Methods We compared two different economic areas on 1-3 years old children's diet : Jiading county, a rich county in Shanghai( n =146) and Jinxian county, a poor county in Jiangxi province ( n =338). Result Jiading children's intake of energy and protein reaches 80% RDA and physical growth comes up to Shanghai suburb standard. Jinxian children's intake of nutrients is severely deficient and physical growth is much lower than the standard. But Jiading's anemia prevalence (39.0%) is higher than Jinxian's (9.5%), their intake of vitamins and trace elements is insufficient. Potential nutrition deficiency may exist in Jiading. Condusions Economy is the base of children's growth, but not the only factor. Knowledge, social environment and food advertisements also affect children's diet behavior.
