探究理实一体化教学新模式

摘　　要：理实一体化教学是目前职业院校专业教学中探索创新的一种教学新模式。它改变了传统的教学模式,将理论与实践融于一体进行组合教学;它又不是理论教学和实践教学在形式上的简单组合,而是从形成学生技能技巧的认知规律出发,实现理论与实践的有机结合,能充分体现职业教育的特色,使培养的学生既具有一定的理论基础,又具有较强的操作技能,毕业后能很快适应实际生产岗位的要求,且具有发展后劲。但具体实施起来还是有难度的,要真正收到预期的效果,还需要各方面的配合。Theory-practice integration teaching is a kind of new teaching mode in the professional education in higher vocational colleges. It changes the traditional teaching mode by combining theory with practice. But, it is not a simple combination, but a combination derived from the cognitive rules which can form the students＇ skills. It embodies the unique features of vocational education and makes the students have both theory basis and operant skills so that they can suit the demands of the new post after graduation. But, it has some difficulties in implementing the teaching mode and if we want to have the desired result, omnifaceted cooperation is needed.
