摘　　要：从新教师的经验方面介绍了给大学生讲授环境微生物学这门专业基础课的体会以及存在的难点,并从理论课和实验课2方面的实践中探索如何提高教学效能以及新教师如何上好大学生的专业课程。This article discussed the experience and difficulty in teaching of environmental microbiology to undergraduates from the experience of teacher assistant. It also explored the methods of enhancing the teaching potency from the theoretical class and experimental class, and discussed about how to better teach the undergraduates＇ courses for the fresh teachers.
