摘　　要：人道即探求人的根本、人性,教育中体现对人的关爱与发展的责任,教育本身便是人道的体现。"教育产业化"主张把学校当成企业,办学校就像办企业一样,以追求最大利润为目的,以功利主义为教育的主导价值取向;"教育产业化"视域中的受教育对象的被限制性,违背了教育中的人道。humanity that is exploring the fundamentals of human nature, education embodied in the person of the responsibility of caring and development, education is in itself a manifestation of humanity. ＂Educa y＂ in favour of schools as businesses, schools like running enterprises, in pursuit of maximum profits for the purpose of education for utilitarian to the dominant values, ＂ the education industry,＂ the Perspective of the object being to education Restrictive, contrary to the education of humanity.
