摘　　要："术"是高职教育的内在特征,是示范院校建设的题中应有之义。要扭转当前高职教育发展乏"术"的局面,实现高职教育的内涵发展,必须把重"术"的理念贯穿到示范院校建设过程的始终。为此,示范院校的建设应在课程体系上突出"术科导向",在教育教学活动中坚持"术科本位",并致力于"术科体系"的建立。＂Technique＂ is the inner characteristic of higher vocational education, and is also an important part in the construction of model colleges. To change the situation of lacking ＂technique＂ in the development of higher vocational education and achieve the interior quality of it, the concept of valuing ＂technique＂ should be stressed in the whole construction process of model colleges. Therefore, model colleges should lay stress on ＂guidance of technical subject＂ in the curriculum design, insisting on ＂technical subject-oriented＂ concept and committing themselves on the establishment of ＂technical subject system＂.
