摘 要:课程推广的研究是理论与实践发展的需要。随着我国新课程改革实践的发展,要切实实现改革的预期目标,更突出了课程执行力研究的重要性。国内外学者研究发现,校长在课程推广中的角色变革极大地影响了课程改革的效果。因此,校长的课程执行力是课改的关键所在。校长在现实课程的执行过程中,受到课程政策、校长自身执行能力、课程管理制度和课程执行力文化等各种因素的影响,要提高校长课程执行力以促进课改的发展,必须掌握相应的提高策略。The research on courses promotion is the need of the development of theory and practice . With the reform and development of the new curriculum, if we want to achieve the expected target , we should focus our more attentions to the curriculum executive power. Scholars home and abroad have found that the roles of school presidents have changed . And the president' s curriculum executive power is the key to the curriculum reform. In fact , many factors affect the presidents, such as the curriculum policy, president' s own executive ability, courses management system and the curriculum executive power culture. We should improve strategies to improve the president's curriculum executive ability .
