摘　　要：举债办学已成为当前示范性高中建设与发展过程中的隐患,调查显示,广西大部分示范性高中处于负债状态,严重制约了示范性高中的内涵发展和可持续发展。为此,当前应着眼于提出合理对策,以防范和化解负债办学。The construction of Model Senior High School has made notable achievements. However, according to the investigation, most of Model Senior High Schools in Guangxi are in debt, which seriously restricts their connotation and sustainable development. Running schools in debt has already been hidden trouble during the construction and development of Model Senior High Schools. So, the main problem we are facing is that we should propose some reasonable countermeasures for the prevention and solutions to the risk of running schools in debt.
