摘　　要：阐述了缄默学习理论产生的背景,分析了缄默学习的特征,介绍了缄默学习理论对成人网络教学设计的启示。This paper expounds the background on which the theory of tacit learning has generated, analyzes the features of the tacit learning, and introduces the enlightenment of the theory of tacit learning to the design of the adult webbased instruction.
