摘  要:采用超临界CO2萃取法(SFE)从苦瓜中提取有效成分,萃取条件为:萃取釜压力25 MPa,温度42℃,萃取时间3 h,夹带剂无水乙醇用量20 mL。采用气相色谱-质谱法对其挥发性成分进行鉴定,用归一化法测定各组分的含量。色谱条件:HP-5MS石英毛细管柱(0.25 mm*30 m*0.25μm),柱温60℃,恒温1 min,以10℃/min升至280℃,保持10 min,分流进样,分流比20:1。进样口温度250℃。在采用超临界CO2萃取法提取的苦瓜提取物中共检出20种成分。Volatile components were extracted from Momordica charantia L. by Supercritical CO2 fluid extraction . Extraction condition:extracting 3 h at 42 ℃ ,25 MPa (pressure) and using 20 mL alcohol as modifier. The volatile components extracted were determined by gas chromatography with area normalization method and identified by gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC - MS). The optimal chromatographic conditions were:HP -5 MSsilica capillary column (0.25 mm * 30 m * 0.25 μm) ;column temperature:60 μ ( hold for 1 min) to 280 ℃ at a rate of 10 ℃/min, and hold for 5 min. split injection,20 : 1 ; injector temperature,250 ℃. Twenty component of the extracted from Momordica charantia L. were identified by GC - MS.
