摘 要:研究了浙农21、浙农113和浙农139等3个茶树品种叶面喷施不同浓度壳聚糖后其抗寒性相关生理指标的变化。结果表明:喷施壳聚糖后,抗寒性较弱的品种浙农21的叶片净光合速率、叶绿素含量的变化不大;3个品种茶树叶片的可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量均有所增加,细胞膜伤害率明显降低,说明壳聚糖可以不同程度地提高茶树的抗寒性。Three tea cultivars including Zhenong21, Zhenong113 and Zhenong139 were used to investigate the effect of chitosan on the physiological indices related to cold-resistance in leaves of tea plant by foliar spraying. The results showed that effect of chitosan on net photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll content in leaves of Zhenong21 was not significant compared to the control. However, soluble protein and carbohydrate levels increased and rate of cell membrane decreased among the three tea cuhivars. The results suggested that chitosan could increase resistance to cold damage of tea plant in varying degrees.
