摘  要:教师的职业幸福感是教师主体的一种精神和生存状态。教师能否体验到幸福感,不仅关系到教师自身的身心健康发展,还关系到学校的教育教学工作的成败以及学生的成长与进步。调查显示,民族地区中小学教师严重缺乏职业幸福感,其主要表现和原因是:福利待遇低、职业压力大、职业倦怠强烈、工作满意度低和身心健康状况不佳等。要提升民族地区中小学教师的职业幸福感,需要社会、学校和教师的共同努力。The sense of teachers eareer happiness is a psychological and physical state of a school teacher. Whether a teacher can feel happy in his/her eareer is not only relevant to teacher individual affairs but will affect the entire school educational cause and students' development. But, according to the revelation of the investigation, school teachers in the ethnic areas can hardly feel any happiness in their career, and the main problems are mainly from little welfare payment, highly professional pressure, extreme job exhaustion, unsatisfactory working conditions and poor health state, etc. It requires a joint endeavor of the society and the schools as well as the teachers themselves to promote the sense of career happiness of school teachers in ethnic areas.
