摘  要:研究了姬菇在PDY液体培养条件下,CrCl3·6H2O对姬菇菌丝生长、菌丝生长期间胞外酶及胞外多糖的影响。结果表明:50~200μg/mL的CrCl3·6H2O均可促进菌丝生长和胞外酶的活性,其中淀粉酶以添加100μg/mL时酶活性最强;而菌丝生长和其余四种胞外酶的活性以200μg/mL的CrCl3·6H2O促进作用最为明显。由五种胞外酶的变化曲线可知,姬菇产不同酶的活性差异较大,活性高峰期也不尽相同,以淀粉酶为最早,随后是羧甲基纤维素酶和漆酶,最后才是愈创木酚氧化酶和邻苯二酚氧化酶。铬浓度在100μg/mL时胞外多糖含量最高;高浓度的CrCl3·6H2O对菌丝及胞外酶活性和胞外多糖含量均有抑制作用。The effects of chromium on the mycelium growth,extracellular enzyme activity and exopolysaccharide of Pleurotus cornucopiae were studied. The results showed that 50-200μg/mL CrCl3·6H2O could improve activity of extracellular enzyme as well as growth of the mycelia. The amylase activity was maximum when the concentration of CrCl3·6H2O was 10μg/mL. While the other four enzymes and the mycelium growth was significantly improved by 200μg/mL CrCl3·6H2O. There were evident differences in extracellular enzymes activities produced by Pleurotus cornucopiae and they showed different enzyme- producing peaks. Amylase appeared firstly and carboxymethyl cellulose enzyme took the second place;while laccase guaiacol oxidase and pyrocatechol oxidase finally occurred. The highest product of extracellular polysaccharide was observed at the concentration of 100μg/mL. The mycelium growth, extracellular enzyme activity and exopolysaccharide was inhibited when the concentration of CrCl3·6H2O was even higher.
