摘  要:高等职业教育发展对"双师"结构、"双师"素质教师的培养提出迫切要求,从人才培养需要、教师自我成就感及高职院校发展的需要三个方面阐述了高职院校培养"双师"素质教师的意义,并对"双师"素质教师的培养途径提出建议。The development of higher vocational education puts forward the urgent requirement for the cultivation of teachers with “double qualified” structure and “double qualified” quality. This paper expounds the significance for higher vocational institute to cultivate the teacher with “double qualified” quality from three aspects which are the demand of talents' cultivation, the sense of achievement for the teacher, the need of development for higher vocational institute. It also presents suggestions for the cultivating way of the teacher with “double qualified” quality.
