摘　　要：加强师资队伍建设是新建公安本科院校"内涵升本"的战略关键,作为公安应用写作课程的教师应该从强化本科教育理念、教学理念和加强自身素质能力建设等三方面入手,为学校和自身的"内涵升本"提供切实有力的支持和保障。Strengthen the building of the contingent of teachers is the new public security universities ＂or the connotation of＂ the strategic key to public security applications as writing courses for teachers should strengthen the idea of undergraduate education, teaching and strengthen their own capacity-building qualities such as three-pronged approach for schools and their own ＂The connotation or＂ orovide practical and effective support and protection.
