摘　　要：提高高校辅导员心理教育能力是提高大学生思想政治教育工作有效性,加强大学生心理健康教育,推进专业化、职业化辅导员队伍建设的必然要求。心理教育能力培养是高校辅导员队伍素质建设的重要内容之一。高校应明确辅导员开展心理教育的主要任务,并采取多种措施切实加强辅导员心理教育能力的培养。To improve the university counselors＇ ability of psychological education is a necessary demand for the im-provement of the effectiveness of the ideological and political work, the enhancing of student psychological health education and the promotion of the professionalization and specialization of the counselor team. The cultivation of psychological education ability is one of the important tasks of the quality construction of counselor team. Universities should specify the mission for the counselors to conduct psychological education and take various measures to effectively improve the counselors＇ ability of psychological education.
