摘　　要：本文论述了微格教学录像、反馈、评价等教学手段在引导音乐类学生准确掌握表演技能要领、提高音乐综合素养等方面的促进作用,分析了微格教学原理运用在音乐技能课教学中的独特优势。This paper mainly talks about the positive functions of the Microteaching video, the feedbacks and the judgments of it in making students in musical department to grasp the main points of act and improving the multiple accomplishments. It also analyzes the unique superiority of the Microteaching principle when we use it in the class of teaching musical technical ability.
