摘　　要：阐述了工学结合人才培养模式在我国推广应用中存在的若干问题,在此基础上提出了一些对策以及推广该模式的保障机制,以期进一步完善与推广工学结合人才培养模式,培养出高质量技能人才。This paper expounds some problems of talent cultivation mode with combination of work and learning during its mode application and spreading. Then aiming at these problems, some countermeasures and guarantee mechanisms are put forward to perfect and spread this mode so as to cultivate highly skilled manpower.
