摘　　要：引入了一类新的稳定环——适中稳定环,证明了如果R是Artin本原因子的置换环,则R是适中稳定环当且仅当1_R=α+β,其中α,β∈U(R).如果R是适中稳定环,则K_1(R)≌(R)/(?)(R),这里(?)(R)是V(R)与U(R)′之间的适中子群.作为应用,计算了Artin本原因子的置换环的K_1群.This paper introduces a new class of stable rings： medium stable ring. It is proved that if R is an exchange ring with artinian primitive factors, then R is medium stable if and only if 1R = α＋β with α, β ∈ U（R）. If R is medium stable, it is shown that KI（R）= U（R）/（R）, where （R） is a medium subgroup between V（R） and U（R）＇. As applications, K1-groups of exchange rings with artinian primitive factors is calculated.
