摘  要:灰树花是食药两用真菌中的极品,其中灰树花多糖具有抗辐射、抗氧化、抑制肿瘤、激活免疫等功能。研究种子深层培养对灰树花生长的影响。结果显示:灰树花最佳种子培养基为马铃薯-葡萄糖-蛋白胨培养基;种子培养基初始pH为6.0;种子培养温度为25℃,最佳接种时间为108h;接种量为10%。在此条件下进行深层发酵,灰树花菌丝体干重和胞外粗多糖的含量分别为5.325g/L和0.53g/L。Grifolafrondosa (Maitake)was the best of edible-medicinal fungi. It was proved that the polysaccharides from maitake had anti-radiation, anti-oxidation, anti-tumor activity and immune regulation. Effect of seed culture in submerged culture of Grifolafrondosa was studied. The results showed that the best seed culture medium is potato-glucose-peptone. The best condition is as follows: pH 6, culturing temperature 25 ℃, the seed culture time 108 h, inoculating amount 10 %. Under the condition, 5.325 g/L mycelia biomass and 0.53 g/L exopolysaccharide in the submerged culture of Grifolafrondosa are gained.
