摘 要:利用两种测量手段,对学生的外语阅读焦虑、外语学习模糊容忍度和外语阅读理解成绩进行测试和相关分析。统计结果显示:学生的外语阅读焦虑和外语学习模糊容忍度均为中度;且阅读理解成绩与外语阅读焦虑呈负相关关系,与外语学习模糊容忍度呈正相关关系;外语阅读焦虑与外语学习模糊容忍度呈负相关关系。This study investigated foreign language reading anxiety, tolerance of ambiguity and their relationships to reading comprehension scores using Saito's Foreign Language Reading Comprehension Anxiety Scale and Ely's Foreign Language Tolerance of Ambiguity Scale. The participants selected for the study were 92 non-English majors. Statistical results indicated that the non-English majors in the study experienced comparatively moderate reading anxiety and tolerance of ambiguity. A clear negative correlation was found between reading anxiety and reading comprehension scores, reading anxiety and foreign language tolerance of ambiguity; while a positive correlation was found between foreign language tolerance of ambiguity and reading comprehension scores.
