摘　　要：“创造性叛逆”是近年来我国译论界一个十分热门的话题，影响广泛，赞赏者众，批评者寡，论及其产生缘由的无。本文主要从西方现代哲学解释学、接受美学及解构主义翻译观三方面就该观点产生的思想渊源和理论背景进行了阐述，同时，对该观点的理论缺陷及危害性进行了探讨，希望能以此唤起人们对当代西方翻译理论中的一些观点有更加全面、客观、科学的认识。The theory of Creative Treason has been an influential hot topic in the field of tranlation studies in China in recent years. Much appreciation and little criticism have been added to it, with no article expounding its origins. This thesis makes a trial probe into its philosophical origin and theoretical background. Meanwhile, the writer makes an approach to its theoretical defects and points out its harmfulness. He hopes that his study can arouse people＇ s awareness that we should have a more complete objective and scientific view on some points in modern western translation theories.
