摘 要:针对HX_D2型重载机车牵引试验中安全性指标超限的问题,对DFC-E100型钩缓装置及其原型车钩受纵向制动压力下的作用原理进行了分析,根据DFC-E100型钩缓装置的试验数据建立了车钩动力学模型,并将其应用到两台HX_D2机车牵引重载列车的分析模型中,对承受纵向压力时重载机车的动力学问题进行研究。结果表明大摆角车钩必须具有对中复位功能;纵向压钩力和对中复位功能对机车轮缘磨耗有显著影响。Aiming at the problem of safe performance indexes over- limitation in the traction test of HXD2 heavy-load locomotives, the paper tells how to establish the dynamic model, which is based on the test data, of DFC- E100 coupler draft gears, by analyzing the operation principle of DFC - E100 coupler draft gears and its prototype couplers while bearing longitudinal compressive strength. And it also introduced how to apply the model to the analyzing model of the heavy - load train drove by two locomotives, and analyzes the dynamics problems of the heavy - load locomotive bearing longitudinal compressive strength. The results indicates that the couplers with big swing angle must have the function of alignment reposition, and the cou- plers and he longitudinal compressive strength can influences the wheel flange wear of the locomotives remarkably.
