摘　　要：文章结合《中小学教师教育技术能力标准(试行)》,从实验教学目标、内容、实施和环境等四方面探讨了现代教育技术公共课实践教学体系的构建,并提出了营造良好的现代教育技术实践环境的一些方法和途径。In this paper, the author discussed the construction of the practice teaching system about modem technology education classes in public from the experimental teaching objectives, content, implementation, environment and so on four areas,and proposed some ways and means to create a good practice environment for modem educational technology based on＂ Educational Technology Competency Standards on Primary and Secondary School Teachers （Trial）＂
