摘 要:全国天文大地网与空间网联合平差二期工程参加平差的观测量达到42万条,观测年代跨度40多年,测量仪器、测量技术规范和测量方法差别很大。虽然平差之前对观测数据进行了粗差探测与剔除,还是无法确保观测数据完全准确,有必要利用抗差估计方法实施联合平差解算,提高联合平差结果的精度。本文详细地讨论了抗差估计在联合平差中的应用,对Huber和IGGUI方案进行分析比较,选择合适的权函数,有效控制观测异常对平差结果的影响。The observations for the astro - geodetic network and the GPS network are obtained by using different devices, different designed projects and different measurement methods, and the quantity of observations amounts to 420,000, and the time span of measurements is over 40 years. In the stage of data analysis, the observations are prepared by snooping and eliminating outliers, but the data is not completely reliable yet. In order to ensure the precision of adjustment results, it is necessary to process the data of the astro - geodetic network and the GPS network based on robust estimation. In this paper, the application of robust estimation in combined adjustment of the astro - geodetic network and the GPS network is discussed in detail, and Huber scheme and IGGIII scheme are calculated and compared. The actual adjustment results show that the adjustment based on robust estimation by selecting the proper weight function can improve the precision of adjustment results and control the influences of the outliers.
