摘　　要：以宁波名师的集体个案为例,分析和研究中学理科名师成长的起因,自我发展,理想追求和品质个性。为中学教师的专业成长提供有益的借鉴和启迪。Based on some cases in Ningbo, this paper analyses and studies the causes, development and characteristics in the growth of outstanding middle school science teachers, which is useful and beneficial to the professional development of the middle school teachers.
