摘　　要：高职院校可持续发展,离不开教学督导的支持和保障,而教学督导要获得可持续发展,就不能没有教学督导的研究与创新。通过对目前高职院校教学督导工作中存在问题进行分析,提出构建创新型教学督导机制的思路和途径。A sustainable development of higher Vocational College can not be separated from the support and guarantee of teaching supervision, neither can the sustainable development of teaching supervision be separated from its research and innovation. By analyzing the problems of teaching supervision at higher vocational college,we bring up the thought and ways to construct innovative teaching supervision mechanism.
