现代农村中小学英语教师培养模式的设想

摘  要:近年来我国农村教育在国家的积极支持促进下得到了较大发展,但是在我国大部分农村,特别是贫困地区的农村,英语成了大部分学生偏科的核心课程。因此,必须重建适应农村经济社会发展的教育理念,创新农村中小学英语教师的培养模式,为农村中小学校输送学科知识丰富、教育教学理念新、业务水平高、独立工作能力强、愿意献身农村教育事业的高素质英语教学人才。Education in the countryside has developed rapidly in the recent years owing to the support and encouragement from the related rules and policies, but English teaching in most rural areas, especially in the poor rural areas, still lingers in the deficient situation and English is the chief course which most students in the rural schools don' t do well in. It is urgent to reform teachers education and the education models of English teachers for the rural schools to reconstruct the new education concept adapting to the economic and social development in the countryside and to foster for the rural schools qualified English teachers with rich knowledge, new education concept, high professional standard and strong working abilities.
