摘 要:目的应用Delphi法筛选主管护师综合评价指标,构建主管护师综合评价指标体系。方法采用Delphi法对45名专家进行3轮问卷调查。结果选择的专家涉及护理、医疗、行政管理专业领域及北京、上海、福州等7个地域,3轮调查问卷的有效回收率均高于78%,指标协调系数分别为0.522、0.418和0.366(P<0.001),专家的权威系数均在0.8以上。根据指标筛选标准筛选出评价指标47项,从职业素质、学识水平、业务能力和工作业绩4个方面对主管护师进行综合评价。结论专家代表性强,积极性高,权威程度,协调性好,应用Delphi法筛选的评价指标符合构建主管护师综合评价指标体系的要求。Objective screen evaluation indexes by using Delphi method for establishing a comprehensive evaluation index System of supervisor nurse. Methods Based on the Delphi method;a totai of 45 experts were consulted by three,rodnd questionnaire investigation. Results The selected experts involved in fields of nursing, c nica medicine and hospital administiation, and 7 regions as Beijing Shanghai, Fuzhou, etc The respond rates of three'round questionnaire were all higher than 78% and the coefficient of Kendall's W were 0.522; 01418 and 0.366 (P〈0.001), respectively. The authority coefficient of expels was beyond 0.8. There were 47 indexes Seiected by using the standard Of ndexes supervisor nurse on four parts which were occupation quality, knowledge level, professional abillity and outstanding achievement Conclusion The enthusiasm, authority and harmony of experts were good, the screened indicators can be used in supervisor nurse evaluation.
