摘 要:本文首先阐述了水产品冷链物流的定义及其与低温物流、冷藏链和供应链的关系。其次,指出水产品冷链物流流通率、冷链运输率、水产品损失率三项指标的概念,按照现有统计数据口径,试图形成水产品冷链物流发展可比数据和分析方法,估算当年采用冷链物流方式流通的水产品总量、深加工鲜冻内陆水产品量、冰鲜水产品量,以及预测2010年和2020年水产品冷链物流流通率、冷冻水产品量和冰鲜水产品量、水产品冷链运输率、水产品损失率等评价指标。The author defines cold chain logistics circulation for aquatic products, and its relation with low temperature logistics circulation. According to current statistical data, author tries to develop data analysis for comparison purpose and provide analytical methods for aquatic products by using three indicators including cold chain logistics circulation rate, cold chain transportation rate and loss rate. Based on the use of cold chain logistics, author estimates the total aquatic production in circulation, in deep processing and production of frozen seafood. Author also prognosticates some evaluation indicators for the year 2010 and 2020, such as, cold chain logistics circulation rate, cold chain transportation rate and loss rate for aquatic products etc.
