摘  要:教学生活的理想境界是教学创造。教研是实现教学创造的重要途径之一。教研活动是一种集体活动,但更多的时候是教师个体的智慧活动。教研活动有三重境界:功利式教研、问题式教研和价值实现式教研。教师通过阅读获得思想生成的土壤,通过"我思"形成自己的教学思想,最终到达教研的理想之境。The ideal acme of life of teaching is creation in teaching, and teaching research is an important way to it. Teaching activities are collective ones, but more often they are intellectual activities of individual teachers. Teaching research activities include three levels : ones for utility, problem - solving and value realization. Teachers reach the ideal acme by reading to prepare soil for thought to grow, and by forming their own ideas of teaching through individual thinking.
