摘　　要："思想、理论与学术"三个概念相互关联。而在这三个概念背后都涉及到"事实"与"价值"。作为社会实践的学术活动必然要有如下四个意识:问题意识、文献意识、对话意识和方法论意识。感悟,思辨和实证,都是探索真理的重要途径和方法。对于个体来说,这也是三种认识世界、获取真知的能力。The three conceptions of ＂thinking, theory and learning＂ are interrelated. But what lies behind them are ＂facts＂ and ＂values＂. Academic activities as social practice must have the following four consciousness： problems, references, conversations and methodologies. Enlightening, speculating and empirical study are all the means and methods towards truth seeking. As for individuals, these are also the three kinds of ability to know the world and to acquire true knowledge.
