摘　　要：分别从职业化的组织视角和个体角度分析了辅导员队伍建设中存在的问题,认为辅导员的职业化一方面要从制定职业发展政策、明确职业分工、健全管理体系、完善培训体系等方面加强辅导员职业化的组织建设,另一方面还要从制订职业生涯规划、提高职业素养和技能、规范职业行为等方面加强辅导员个体的职业化建设。The article has separately analyzed the question which exists in the instructor troop construction from the organization and individual angle of view, believing that instructor＇s professionalism have to enhance its organization building from formulating the career development policy, explicating the occupation division of labor, perfecting the management system and the training system; on the other hand, the professionalism building of the individual instructor should be carried out from such aspects as making professional profession plan, enhancing professional accomplishment and skill, and standardizing professional behavior.
